Events outside our complimentary service area are subject to a travel fee based on location. Luxury Enhancements Clients may elevate their event with: Bloom Culinary Collection Private Chef Experience Professional Photography Personalized Menus & Place Cards Balloon Installations Premium Floral Upgrades Seasonal & Holiday Styling Custom Backdrops & Specialty Décor Booking Information A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Events include up to 4 hours of styled event time. Additional hours may be added for an additional fee. Bloom Picnics NJ provides professional setup and complete breakdown for every event. Client is responsible for securing any required venue permits, parking fees, or access fees. Custom color palettes, themes, and event styling are available upon request. Luxury enhancements may be added during booking or at any time before your event, subject to availability.
