What is included in each picnic?

Every Bloom Picnic includes custom styling, low-to-ground wooden tables, comfortable floor cushions, luxury linens, dinnerware, floral arrangements, sparkling water, and complete setup and cleanup.

How does the booking process work?

Select your package and date online. Once confirmed, we handle all the logistics and styling for your chosen location in Woodbridge or nearby towns.

What is your weather policy?

In the event of inclement weather, we offer a one-time rescheduling at no extra cost. We monitor forecasts 24-48 hours before your event to discuss options.

What are your cancellation policies?

We require at least 72 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund minus a processing fee.

How long do the picnics last?

Our luxury experiences typically last for 2 hours. Extra time can be added to your booking if you would like to lingering longer in the beautiful setting.

What do guests need to bring?

Just yourselves! We provide the decor, comfort, and ambiance. You are welcome to bring any additional snacks or special beverages you prefer.

Where can we host our picnic?

We service beautiful parks in Woodbridge, NJ, and surrounding areas. We can also set up in private backyards for a more intimate celebration.

How do you ensure cleanliness?

All our linens and cushions are professionally laundered after every use. Surfaces and decor are thoroughly sanitized to ensure a safe environment for every guest.
